2024 Campout (July 1 - July 5)
The Midwest Bible Campout is a Bible meeting held each year in Southern Missouri. Classes are held for all age groups each morning.
If you plan to attend, please register for classes as soon as possible. We need this information to tell us how many children to expect and provide adequate class materials for the students. This registration is for the Prince Road congregation and is separate from the campsite reservations made through Discovery Ministries.
Dates
The dates for the 2024 Campout are July 1-5.
Campground Reservations & Pre-Registration
Campground Reservation and Pre-Registration forms are available on the Discovery Ministries Midwest Bible Campout page. Campers that reserve a site are already pre-registered and do not need to fill out the pre-registration form.
The form for campsite reservations opens on March 6 2024 at 8:00 AM Central Time. You may also call, but the individual taking the call will be using the same online system others will be reserving on. Once all the campsites are reserved, the link will redirect to pre-registration. Sites cannot be reserved for tents. Tent space is first-come first-serve and there is plenty available.
New for 2023, the pre-registration form replaces the old check-in process at the office. The form will open on March 1 will remain open through the end of the campout. One member of each group or family unit should fill out the form, which includes information about what type of accommodations you are expecting to be using, number of people in the party, dates of stay, and the liability waiver. The liability waiver is improved from previous years and can be filled out once per party.

Discovery Ministries has updated their campsite numbers. Reference the map available on their website to see a campground map with both the old and new numbers.
Discount Update
The MBC discount remains at 10%.
Important Notes
- Campers may arrive at Discovery Ministries Friday after 12:00 PM. Until then the campground is in use by another group.
- Lodge rooms become available at 3:00pm on the Saturday before the campout.
